Founded by Anthony M. Stovall, a retired U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sergeant with more than 39 years of military and civilian leadership experience, TLS is built on a commitment to transforming individuals and organizations through values-based leadership, strategic thinking, and results-driven performance.
TLS provides executive coaching, organizational development, strategic planning, and leadership training for both public and private sector clients. Its programs - such as the Next Level Forward (NLF) Leadership Series - have received exceptional evaluations for relevance, engagement, and measurable outcomes across government, corporate, and community sectors. It was selected for this marketing strategy project due to both personal affiliation and its strong market potential. Chief Master Sergeant (Ret.) Anthony Stovall is a distinguished senior leader with a proven record in strategic leadership and organizational transformation. Holding a graduate degree in Transformational Leadership and pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration, his leadership approach is grounded in purpose-driven strategy and results-oriented action. Stovall's expertise spans executive-level communications and strategic talent management, skillfully applying program analytics, KPIs, and S.W.O.T. assessments to drive alignment, optimize performance, and strengthen organizational resilience.
